Minimums - Vary based on travel, location and usage, but are always at least two hours. Time billed thereafter in ½ hour increments. Full Day - 8 consecutive hours inclusive of breaks Overtime - Time in excess of 8 hours a day, before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. Overnight - Client provides food and lodging. Travel Time – ½ fee if flying or reimbursement for mileage, based on current taxable rate if driving. Styling Time - Full fee Cancellation - On confirmed (definite) bookings cancellations made within (5)-five working days of the beginning of the booking will be charged ½ fee. Canceled bookings within 48 hours will incur full fee. Client is responsible for all non-refundable expenses in full, i.e. flights, lodging, etc. Tentative Bookings - May be canceled at any time by either model or client at no charge. If client does not confirm a tentative booking, agency and model reserve the right to cancel. Weather permits - Available by advance request only. Same day cancellations are ½ fee. All other cancellations are subject to standard cancellation policy. Experimental, Spec Job, or Test Shooting - Models may not sign a photographic release and photographers may not use pictures unless specific arrangements have been made with the agency prior to the shoot. Rates - Individual model rates to be quoted upon request. Rates apply to shooting time only, and usage is to be negotiated with agency. There is a standard agency-handling fee of 20% (18% for local businesses) on talent fees. Travel arrangements charged to the agency and reimbursed by the client are subject to handling fees. A finance charge of 2% per month will be applied to overdue invoices. Buyouts for additional or extended usage are available under separate negotiation with agency. |
